Do people use dishwashers in an office environment?

Our office (approx 15 people) has been looking into getting a dishwasher. One side of the debate is that most people won’t produce enough dishes to run the dishwasher regularly. The other side says people are more likely to leave their dishes in the sink without a dishwasher. Is it worth the expense ($1000+ to buy and modify existing space to fit the dishwasher) to buy a dishwasher?
