My boyfriend has been fixing appliances for about 3-4 years now and his boss is an a**, to put it nicely. My boyfriend works 12 hours a day, 5 days a week with no benefits and he gets yelled at and jerked around all day long. He’s depressed and unhappy and he says he loves the trade but his boss makes him want to die. He wants to start an appliance repair business himself. He has tools and experience and a vehicle. What steps should we take?
