There really shouldn’t be any type of liquid leaking from your fridge. Other than condensation water that collects at the condensation pan underneath. Refrigerator work on refrigerant or freon but that is in vapor form that evaporates when it is exposed to atmospheric pressure. My bet is that it is probably some dirty condensation water. Although, the compressors for refrigerators do contain some oil that will only leak out if the system isn’t contained. But an oil leak would cause the refrigerant to leak out as well, causing the refrigerator not to cool properly.
maybe you have defrosted your fridge and that black liquid are dirt deposits…unplug your fridge and clean it up first with wet cloth..make sure they are dry before you turn it on to avoid electrical accidents…
Your drip pan maybe full and what you see is the mixture of condensate and dirt.
If your refrigerator is working then do not worry.
