These are still made for small apartments and other tight places. Repair parts should be available, but not knowing what is wrong with the one you saw, it may not be a good deal.
The only one I am familar with was called the Combo made by Whirlpool for Sears in the 60’s. Parts became unavailable in the early70’s. I would discourage you. Even if it isn’t a Combo. There is one made in Sweden. They are expensive to repair and it’s hard to find someone to work on it. There is also a parts problem. Everything would have to be ordered
Unless it is a major brand built within the last 10 years, the efficiency & parts availibility for it will be issues.
